Refund policy

• Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

• Store credit only; no refunds.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, with all tags attached.

• Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

• Incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Non-returnable Items:

• Swimwear, leggings, tights, stockings, and lingerie.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• If tracking shows the package was delivered, NCS Fashion is not responsible. Contact the courier for issues.

• Resend or refund only if tracking shows the package was lost or delayed during transit.

Processing Returns:

• Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after reaching the warehouse.

• Confirmation email will be sent once store credit is issued.
